2. What NextApply is
NextApply is an informational platform that aggregates fully funded scholarships, fellowships, internships, and exchange programmes from universities, foundations, and other organisations worldwide. NextApply is not a scholarship provider, admissions body, recruiter, or agent. We do not award funding, process applications, charge application fees, or make admissions decisions on anyone's behalf.
3. Applications happen on official portals
Every listing links directly to the official application page of the host organisation. Any application you submit, and any information you provide during it, is governed by that organisation's own terms and privacy policy — not ours. NextApply will never ask you for payment, bank details, or personal documents; any message claiming otherwise is fraudulent and should be reported to us via the contact form.
4. Accuracy of content
We verify listings against their official sources before publishing and re-verify them when corrections are reported. However, third parties control their own deadlines, eligibility criteria, and funding amounts, and they can change them without notice. Information on NextApply is provided in good faith — you must always confirm details on the official website before relying on them for an application.
5. No endorsement
Inclusion of an opportunity on NextApply does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of quality, or assurance of legitimacy by NextApply. Similarly, sponsor placements and advertisements shown on the platform are not endorsements of the advertised product or service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use NextApply lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- attempt to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the platform;
- submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms;
- scrape, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our listings or content using automated tools without prior written permission;
- use the platform to send spam, impersonate others, or promote fraudulent schemes.
We may rate-limit, restrict, or block access that violates these rules.
7. Intellectual property
All original content, branding, design, and code on NextApply are the property of NextApply unless otherwise stated. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
NextApply is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextApply and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, or from reliance on information linked to or published on it — including missed deadlines, changed eligibility, or outcomes of applications to third parties.
9. Third-party links
The platform contains links to external websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and linking does not imply affiliation.
10. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of NextApply at any time, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
